Course style: This course consists of tutor presentations, group discussions and individual work on project planning.

Personnel who are leaders and practitioners in an early years setting i.e. daycare, playgroups and nurseries. Practitioners who are working with children in the 0-5 age range.

This course is designed for people who have either worked as a member of a project team or have an interest in becoming a project manager.
Attendees:

- Will be able to employ some of the principles of best practice project management.
- Will be aware of some relevant theories underpinning project management.
