The long and the short of it.

Our trainers have vast experience in various aspects of project management and management training. We set the highest standards of teaching and learning encouraging our students to achieve their maximum potential. Using a constructive and hands on approach we provide an exciting insight to the world of project, programme and portfolio management.

We provide a number of ILM Endorsed and Development Programmes, specifically for those employees recently promoted to management and/or leadership positions. Our trainers have vast experience in management/leadership across different organisations, bringing a wealth of personal experience to the training.

Leslie Warren

(Managing Director and Trainer) M.Sc, RPP, MAPM, MCIAT

Leslie has more than 30 years experience in architecture planning and project management. He is vastly experienced in all types of building projects in the private, public and commercial sectors.

He was the Chairman of the N. Ireland branch of APM from 2011-2014 and has been a committee member of the branch for 15 years. Leslie was one of the first project managers in N Ireland to achieve the APM Registered Project Professional (RPP) standard.

He is an Academic Assessor for APM, assessing Higher Education organisations for M.SC courses in Project Management. Leslie also supports Further Education and Higher Education students during work based placements. He offers project management consultancy services to private and public sector organisations involved in large scale projects.

Marylin Warren

(Associate and Trainer) B.Ed, B.Ed Hons, M.Sc, MAPM

Marilyn is a qualified teacher and was principal of a primary school from 1993 – 1998. In 1998 she joined the Belfast Education and Library Board (BELB) where she was project manager for the Pre-school Education Expansion Programme and the Early Years Enriched Curriculum Project. She led and managed training and support within BELB as well as advising and supporting the Interboard Regional Training Group.

In 2005 she joined the Council for Curriculum Examinations and Assessment (CCEA) where she was Programme Manager for the development and implementation of the Revised N Ireland Curriculum and Assessment.

From 2007-2009 she was seconded to the Department of Education as project manager for the development of an Inter-Departmental Early Years Strategy. During this time, she also assisted the Ministerial Sub-Group on Child Poverty on a Childcare Strategy. Marilyn is currently working as a part-time lecturer for a local Further Education College.

Brian Yeats

(Associate and Trainer) Ed Cert, B.Ed Hons, MA, M.Sc, MAPM

Brian is a qualified teacher and was principal of two primary schools from 1996 – 1999. In 1999 he moved to the Belfast Education and Library Board (BELB) where he led training and support to primary and post-primary schools.

He was project manager for The School Support Programme, The Learning Strategy Group, Assessment for Learning Action Research Group and co-project manager of the N Ireland Cross-phase Assessment for Learning Group.

Brian is a National Association of Educational Inspectors, Advisers and Consultants (NAIEAC) accredited trainer. He is currently a consultant providing support, guidance, coaching and training.

Elizabeth Greer


Elizabeth is a qualified teacher with over thirty years’ experience in the further education sector. During this time, in addition to teaching, Elizabeth has developed considerable experience of working with companies and individuals to identify training and development needs, plan, deliver and evaluate training in customer service, administrative functions and, in particular, in the area of management.

Over the years Elizabeth has contributed to several new educational projects both as a team member and in a management capacity.

From 2009 – 2016 she managed business studies provision in a further education setting and is currently a part-time lecturer with a Further Education College.
